First of all, Impereal Teen was boring, so boring that I feel bad for boring
you all talking about them. They sounded like they were trying to rip off
Sonic Youth but were afraid to alternatley tune their guitars, and the
drummer played the same beat for every song...but anyway, off to the
IMPORTANT stuff...
I think hole played these songs...

I was sitting in my seat, it had been a good hour since Impereal Teen and
suddenly, I hear the intro to the fucking wonderful song "Old Age" and I knew
then. I stood up in the aisle, then I started getting nudged to decend down
the aisle towards the stage, so I did. And that's where I saw a fair portion
of the show. They burst into Violet, and I felt like I was dead in my
version of heaven, and I stared and stared at Courtney, and my friends, you
have not seen the face of god until you have seen courtney IN PERSON. She is
so pretty. During Heaven Tonight, she came over to my side of the stage and
(i know this sounds kinda pathetic, but screw you) I touched her white Mary
Jane shoe, then I touched her leg, but I didn't want to touch her too much
cause i didn't want her to feel uncomfortable. But then she climbed up a
speaker and into the balcony by these werid chicks with pink hair and fishnet
stuff all over them. She called us mellow and said she needed to fuck with
us. Courtney and Melissa also talked about how they hadn't been to the
Riverside since they toured with NIN, and Courtney was saying she was having
bad memories of making out with trent in the dressing room, then she said
(and i quote) "If you call your band HOle, you better have a fucking tight
one, and if you call your band Nine Inch Nails, it better be atleast 7" It
was SO witty. She also asked if it was okay for her to do a romantic comedy
with Tom Cruise. I didn't answer her, but everyone else did. Melissa was
abso-fucking-ltly gorgeous, as usual. She was wearing something pink and she
had this fushia sash she wore down her back almost like a cape. courntey was
beautious in a shiny blue ensemble and angel wings, that she gave away. She
had those one tights she always wears (anyone know where I can get a pair, i
saw them upclose and they are really neat) and these blue shiny underwear
type things and then a blue top. And i love her new haircut, it's more like
early-90s courtney which was really pretty hair. Eric wore a black shirt
with these like hooks holding the sleeves and some grey pants. So after
touching Courtney, I felt as though my work here was done, so I went back to
my seat where my friend was still standing, and I told him I touched Courtney
and got close to Melissa, and he was really happy for me, then I tried to get
to the middle of the stage, but I would have had an easier time trying to
shove a watermellon through a keyhole so I went back to the side and made my
way up again, and these two dumb security guards were pushing everyone back,
and then Courtney said "Anyone who is funny and cute can come up on stage"
well i took that as my cue but the guards obviously took it another way.
Then, some of the people in my corner started going on stage past the
guards,and then as soon as I saw no one was gonna kill me if I tried, I did
and I got on stage and I had to sit behind Eric which was cool and then it
kinda got out of control and everyone who could got on stage and courntey
said "this is the last night I do this", so if I just ruined anyone's
chances, I'm not sorry cause you would have done the same thing probably :)
They cut it short cause the crowd was getting out of hand (i tried to sit
mellow and did whatever the security guard asked me to do, which was give
Eric some breathing room)and Eric sat into us and I touched his hair, he has
lovely soft hair. They cut it short and I know this cause Northern Star and
She Walks On Me were on the setlist, but they cut straight to Celebrity Skin,
which SUCKS cause I love those songs!!!! So after CS, Courtney kind of falls
into the stage crowd and disappeared into them, I found her and touched her
hair, it was soft and had lots of mousse in it, but then it was more like she
was getting mauled, so it was like i patted her head and stood back, because
I knew her and Eric and Melissa were gonna exit to my left, so I went by the
door and waited while everyone else mauled Courtney. Then Melissa came by
with a camera, and I said "Hi Melissa" and she said "Hi" back, which was
great! And see, if I had mauled Courtney, not only would I be kinda mean,
but I wouldn't have gotten to have that .5 second chat with Melissa.
It was the greatest night of my life, I was so overwhelmed at one point that
I almost cried. Overwhelemed because right in front of me are these people
that I only used to stare at in pictures, Hole changed my life no matter how
pathetic someone might think that is, I don't. And if they do read these
things, I want to thank them very kindly for playing. And does anyone know
if there is a way to get a copy of the video melissa does of the crowd? My
mom wants a copy :) and i was right there when she did it and I know she got
me. Maybe I'll write a letter, I was gonna anyway to thank them for coming.
I heard a rumor that they were gonna play the Rave in Milwaukee in July, I
hope it's true cause that's all GA and I'll be in front and center, you can
bet on that. People can bad mouth Courtney and Hole all they want, because I
now know they are all wrong.

Here's my take on MILWAUKEE.......RIVERSIDE THEATER......... I'm a male,24,
etc.........anyways, I drove up from Chicago with my friends Tim, Shawn and
his
girlfriend Stacey.......We had like 20th row tickets.........Which were
still decent in such a small venue theater.......Anyways, i had like 15th
row in Cincinnati at the Taft Theater and made it up to front row which was
awesome as it was and talked to Court after that show and she signed the big
banner we brought there......Anyways..... After Imperial Teen went off, as
soon as HOLE came on we went from 20th row to like 3rd row.......No security
did shit...........As me and my friend shawn tried to stay low through the
third row, my foot got caught in between someones foldup seat and i could
not get it out for like ten minutes! damn i was pissed, finally a guy helped
me squeeze my foot out... Meanwhile i kept yelling to these sexy freaky
chicks in the balcony that had SLUT and UGLY written on their faces... I
kept yelling SLUT! and pointing up there... They were cool.......(back to
them later)
So at this point i'm half drunk and i got my foot out........my friend
shawn has made it to front row and his girlfriend has made it to the pit
area........and i'm in third and my friend tim is in fourth........so i try
and make a move to climb over the seats and and usher goes," Get the fuck
down"......and i said," okay" and i did........
Meanwhile a fight kinda broke loose to the left....... and it was
distraction time..... so i made my move and shawn did, and we were in the
back of the pit..... and stacey was in the front of the pit and tim was
still in like 4th row......
And Court had climbed up the balcony by SLUT and UGLY by this time... It
was cool, she was taking drinks of peoples beers and shit... So next thing
i know Court takes one guy up on stage and starts getting girls up
there.......She grabbed Stacey! i was in amazement........But she wasn't
taking any guys besides the first little guy..... so shawn and i are stuck
in the pit still with like 30 girls on stage with the band..... and like 3
guys.....only the one guy got pulled up by Court.......the other guys made
it when there was a distraction point or something.......The next thing I
know i look up there, and Tim had made it up there, and i couldn't believe
it........He was able to jump right up there and nobody did shit.......So at
this point in time i'm like FUCK! anyways, SLUT and UGLY climbed down from
up above and they come up behind me and say you gotta get me up there....
SO, I pick up SLUT and slide her on the stage and then UGLY........and they
made it! and i looked at SLUT and mouthed, "you owe me" while pointing at
her.....She mouthed back,"I know, I know"........ So, anyways, the band kept
playing and there are like 30 some women up there and like three guys or
so.......And Court stops taking people up there... I'm like
fuck..........About 5-10 minutes goes by and she comes singing over the top
of me where i am in the pit........She looks right at me and i look into her
eyes pointing and all of a sudden her hand reaches down and she grabs me...
She kept pulling my hand and the guy behind me gave me a shove as well...
Meanwhile, the button up pants from top to bottom on the sides are all
undone and my pants are falling off! but i made it up behind the band for
like 6 songs.......damn was it awesome.......Slut and Ugly and Stacey and
them were cheering when Court grabbed me... I was only one of two guys taken
up by Court... damn was i in gaga land...... then i'm onstage and get nailed
in the face with a flashlight.......i caught it off my face by my stomach
and i still got it.....meanwhile shawn never made it onstage......that
sucked! Anyways, they played CUM ON FEEL THE NOISE which was cool....
Then after the show, Stacey, Tim, and I (case) made it backstage but
didn't see court, we were just directed out... so that part sucked... and
then we found shawn in the lobby.......
So, outside we go and out back to wait for Court to come out by the
tour buses... But i had to run 6 blocks to the Holiday Inn to get the banner
i made to hold up like i did after the cincy show... I found out how bad of
shape i was in! On the way back I seen a girl that was by me onstage in a
car, She yells," Remember me!" I yell, YES! and keep running back to
Riverside......I knew i had time cause it takes them a while to come out all
the time... Anyways, Shawn, Stacey, Tim, and I waited... And Shawn was hurt,
his ribs were crunched in the crowd... I had bruises and cuts as well... SO,
finally Court came out and she started signing stuff for people... Everyone
loved our banner, it was already signed and everything from Court in Cincy
so that was cool... Anyways, two girls from onstage were out there and they
wanted to get court's autograph, i said you need a pic with her, not an
auto......they said,"yeah we know, but we don't have a cam". I said, "no
prob, i'll hook you up, and then i'll mail ya the pics"... They were so
excited... I would hope someone would help me out like that in that
situation so it was cool.......So Court came out and I started to raise my
cam as Court was by the two girls.......And Court goes, "you better ask
MOTHER FUCKER!".........And the girls were like,"court he's our friend"...
and Court looks at me and smiles and says," Okay gotcha"......so i took
their pic........and then stacey gave Court a heart shaped box and she
kissed stacey.......and then i took stacey's pic with her... Then i took
Shawn and Tim's pic with her... And Shawn got to give Court his band's Demo
tape....... Court said, "what's your band called"? Shawn and Stacey both go,
"the shots!" and she said cool... Court says, "what kind of music is it?
Powerpop?" and shawn goes, "yeah" Courtney says, "you know that's all i
love"... that was so cool.......... And then Courts says she remembered us
and our banner and that we kill her all the time... So, then i go over to
Court and give Tim the cam... And I put my arm around her... as she does
me... And i was wearing a HOLE berret in my long hair and she says to me,"
you got your cute little berret thing going on don't ya"? and I said, "yeah,
you love that don't ya"? and she says, "yeah i do"... and then as tim goes
to snap the pic----- COURTNEY kisses me on the
cheek!!!........Awesome.......Thanks Court for a fun
night................damn.......... and then Court leaves and we walk back
to the hotel........And SLUT AND UGLY pass us in a car on the road and start
honking and waving and shit........That was a cool ending....... Can't wait
to get the damn pics back!!!
